Welcome to the Self-Represented Litigants website!

This site was created through a partnership between Guam Legal Services Corporation - Disability Law Center (GLSC-DLC) and the Unified Courts of Guam. The partnership's overall goal is to make court-approved forms accessible to those unable to afford an attorney or those not eligible for services at GLSC-DLC or the Guam Public Defender.

On the menu to the left of the screen, you will find links to interactive and non-interactive court-approved forms that you will be able to prepare, print, and file on your own! The interactive forms will guide you through a question and answer interview. At the end of the interview, your answers will be compiled and input into the court form you chose. The non-interactive court forms are provided in a PDF format and can be filled by a user.

If you are accessing this site from the computer stations at the courthouse, you have all the required software to view the PDF forms and the forms created by the question and answer interviews. However, if you are viewing this site on a public or personal computer, you may need to download the following software on your computer to view the forms.

For Non-interactive forms (PDF forms):

• Adobe Acrobat Reader (Version?)
